Our spoken words are yet unspoken
Seems the modern poets' muse is broken
They forsake deep and genuine muse because of token
If poets were poets and be not less poets
The rivulet of deep muse would have been visited by poets
This rivulet of deep muse await the modern poets
Poets are carving lines yet their silence is louder
Where are the days when poesy rumbled like thunder
Poets and their deep creativities now know their asunder
Oh!!! Our poets love to write about love
Whilst humanity yet suffer heartbreaks because of love
Still i ponder if amid the poets is true love
If all poets speaks against the maladies in the world
If all poets don't carve lines to please the world
We're guilty! Not carving transformation from every word
Weakness' in the craftmanship of our modern poets, why
To be impeecable makes our modern poets shy
I hate to perceive their craftmanship great, yet they lie
Our spoken words are yet unspoken today
If jealousy, selfishness, lust, pretence host us not in any way
The unborn poets shall bless the works of this day
